Meet Your Builder

Casas Construction is run by Alexander Casas, a licensed general contractor, and his father, Gustavo Casas, who has more than 25 years of field experience.

 

We take on a limited number of projects so we can stay involved from start to finish.

 

We focus on planning carefully, communicating clearly, and building the project the right way.

 

When you work with us, you work directly with the people responsible for the job.

Whether you are still shaping the project or finalizing construction prep, we walk the site, match plans to real conditions, flag risks early, and set a clear scope, budget, and timeline.

3. Build With Confidence

The Casas Process

We start with a call to understand your goals, your property, and your timeline. We make sure we are the right fit before moving forward.

01 - Discovery Call

We walk the property to check the real site conditions and surface any issues early. We make sure the project can be built the way you expect.

02 - Site Visit and Feasibility Check

We align the project scope to match the real conditions on your site. We also guide the design and permitting steps to make sure everything fits the budget, the lot, and the build path before moving forward.

03 -  Scope Alignment and Planning

If you already have completed plans, you move straight to Construction Prep.

 

We review your approved drawings, walk the site, coordinate subcontractor visits, and create a detailed scope, final price, and build schedule.

04 - Construction Prep

You receive a full written proposal based on real conditions. The contract includes clear terms, deadlines, and an itemized project cost.

05 - Proposal and Contract

We build and manage the project from start to finish with one point of contact. You stay informed and the work stays on track through the final walkthrough.

06 - Build and Deliver

The Problem: Homeowners are often quoted a low price, only to face surprise change orders and rising costs during construction. This leads to stress, delays, and budget overruns

Our Fix: We walk the site, verify real conditions, and build a detailed scope before pricing. This gives homeowners clear expectations and a smoother project from day one.

01- Suprise Cost

The Problem: Homeowners get stuck when jobs run late and no one takes responsibility.

Our Fix: We write real deadlines into every contract. If we cause a delay, we deduct three percent from your final payment every two weeks we are late.

02 - No Accountability
